2012 — Foundation
Company Established in Lahore
AB Builders & Contractors incorporated in DHA Lahore. First residential project commissioned in DHA Phase 5 — a 500 sq yard luxury villa completed in record time.
2015 — Expansion
Commercial Division Launched
Secured our first mega commercial contract — a 12-story corporate plaza in Gulberg III, Lahore. Expanded team to 120+ site engineers and architects.
2018 — National Reach
Operations Extended to Islamabad & Karachi
Opened regional offices in Islamabad and Karachi DHA. Completed Pakistan's first BIM-integrated smart residential complex. PEC Diamond Category certification awarded.
